Seeking an experienced Operations Manager with at least 5 years of experience, including a minimum of 2 years in the UAE. Must have strong engineering and project management skills, with proven leadership in interior fit-out, renovation, and maintenance projects.

Responsible for supervising site works, interpreting drawings, ensuring quality and safety standards, and coordinating with contractors and consultants. Must be skilled in project execution, site inspections, and progress reporting.

Generate leads, build client relationships, and close deals in the construction sector. Meet sales targets and drive business growth. Minimum 3–5 years’ sales experience required, UAE market knowledge preferred.

Manage project costs from estimation to final accounts. Prepare BOQs, track budgets, handle variations, and ensure cost efficiency. Minimum 5 years’ experience in construction required, UAE experience preferred.

Frame and install gypsum partitions, false ceilings, and bulkheads to spec. Ensure level, square, paint-ready surfaces on site. Minimum 3 years' experience in gypsum carpentry required, UAE experience preferred.

Lay floor and wall tiles, marble, and stone to precise level and finish. Cut, grout, and seal work to a high standard. Minimum 5 years' experience as a tile mason required, UAE experience preferred.

Assist painters with surface prep, masking, mixing, and daily cleanup on site. Keep materials stocked, work area tidy. Minimum 1 year experience assisting painting required, UAE experience preferred.

Build formwork, shuttering, and timber structures for renovation and fit-out work. Follow drawings and site safety procedures. Minimum 3 years' experience in construction carpentry required, UAE experience preferred.

Support site trades with material handling, cleaning, and basic labour tasks. Follow instructions and safety rules under supervision. Minimum 1 year experience on construction sites required, UAE experience preferred.

Carry out general carpentry: framing, fixing, and fitting wood and board on site. Work from drawings, maintain quality and pace. Minimum 2 years' carpentry experience required, UAE experience preferred.

Prepare surfaces and apply paint, primer, and finishes to walls and ceilings. Match colours, ensure clean lines, even coverage. Minimum 5 years' experience in wall painting required, UAE experience preferred.

Apply polish, PU, and lacquer finishes to joinery and furniture to a flawless standard. Mix tones, sand between coats, ensure durability. Minimum 5 years' PU and polish finishing experience required, UAE experience preferred.

Assist carpenters with material handling, measuring, cutting, and site setup. Keep tools organised, work area clean and safe. Minimum 1 year experience assisting carpentry required, UAE experience preferred.

Install doors, skirting, cabinetry, and joinery to a precise finish. Read drawings, fit fixtures, and deliver clean, accurate work. Minimum 5 years' experience in finishing carpentry required, UAE experience preferred.

Build block walls, apply plaster and screed, finish concrete surfaces on site. Work from drawings, maintain alignment and accuracy. Minimum 5 years' experience in masonry required, UAE experience preferred.
