Seeking an experienced Operations Manager with at least 5 years of experience, including a minimum of 2 years in the UAE. Must have strong engineering and project management skills, with proven leadership in interior fit-out, renovation, and maintenance projects.

Responsible for supervising site works, interpreting drawings, ensuring quality and safety standards, and coordinating with contractors and consultants. Must be skilled in project execution, site inspections, and progress reporting.

Generate leads, build client relationships, and close deals in the construction sector. Meet sales targets and drive business growth. Minimum 3–5 years’ sales experience required, UAE market knowledge preferred.

Manage project costs from estimation to final accounts. Prepare BOQs, track budgets, handle variations, and ensure cost efficiency. Minimum 5 years’ experience in construction required, UAE experience preferred.
